🔔 Zine giveaway to libraries 📚for Pride month! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ One year ago, I led an inclusive paper doll workshop at @NYPL’s Anti-Prom, a free, safer space for LGBTQIA+ teens in NYC. I felt optimistic to see so many BIPOC NYC teens just 🙌🏾 GET IT—bringing the queer, gender nonbinary future a little closer to our everyday reality. We adults have to 👏🏽catch up 👏🏽and end these culture wars harming trans youth, drag artists, and the queer community.

I’m 🥹 LIVING for the 😀 joy & 🥰 pride of the designers—working class, immigrant, BIPOC women who created banners to represent their resilience and marched them in the Chinese New Year Parade.
